Glenrock Christmas Pageant

The Glenrock Christmas Pageant will take place on December 19th, 2018.  The event will include a Chili Supper, Photos with Santa, The Christmas Parade, Lighting of the Town Christmas Tree, and cookies, hot chocolate & coffee.  That’s quite an extravaganza!  Here is the complete line up as we have it today.  Please check back to see any changes.  Merry Christmas!

  • 5:00 pm  – Chili Feed (Donation) at Library Annex (next to Library)
    • Photos with Santa until 6:00pm
  • 6:30 pm  – Christmas Parade
    • Starts on Fifth Street, down Birch, ends on Second Street
    • Please contact Heather Kelley for Parade Form
  • After Parade  – Lighting of the Town Christmas Tree at the Town Hall
    • Cookies provided by City of Glenrock
    • Coffee provided by Hands of Hope
    • Hot Chocolate provided by Classic Cafe
    • Photos with Santa Continue at Town Hall
    • Chili Feed continues at Library Annex

Extended Store Hours

During the evening of the Glenrock Christmas Pageant several businesses in town will extend their hours and invite you to see their stores.  Please take the time to look at the beautiful merchandise they carry.  Thank you and Merry Christmas.

We want to thank Super Foods and our chamber members. The members donated the money for us to purchase 76 turkeys for donation to the local food bank.

We want to give a shout out to our members. We will be show casing 5 each week. If you get a chance go around and get to know them. We have a great group of members that help keep our town growing. Thank you.

Griswald Christmas Lighting Extravaganza

Judging will be the 15th. No entry required, we will drive around and select homes that are lit. So Saturday night please be sure to leave you lights on. Prize will be awarded Dec 19th after the lighting of the Christmas Tree.

Gingerbread House Decorating

Dec 19th bring your best gingerbread house to town hall after 6:30pm to be entered. More information to follow
